LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by Wood Legal Group, LLP (the "Licensor") and Purchaser (the "Licensee").
The Licensor is the owner of the intellectual property rights in the Minor Child Guardian's Journal (the "Journal"), which includes the text, graphics, design, and any other content contained in the Journal.
The Licensee desires to use the Journal for personal use only, and not for any commercial purposes.
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement, the Licensor agrees to grant the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Journal for personal use only.
The Licensee may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the Journal or any portion thereof, nor may the Licensee use the Journal for any commercial purposes. The Licensee may not alter or modify the Journal in any way.
This Agreement shall be effective upon acceptance by the Licensee and shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Licensee shall destroy any copies of the Journal in its possession.
The Licensor warrants that it has the right to grant this license and that the Journal does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by purchasing this product, the purchesor agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement and the parties acknowledge the execution of this Agreement as of the date of purchase.
